Spice is Nice
For this project, I will compare three different meat rubs, and then create my own. Meat rubs are amazing, and some of them could even be used for vegetables. My goal is to create a rub that would be good on both.
There are some people who are actually profesionals at creating great meat rubs. For example, Gordon Ramsay.
