Grilling Rubs Comparison
Bobby Flay's Rib Rub: 1 tbs cumi, 1 tbs paprika, 1 tbs granulated garlic, 1 tbs granulated onion, 1 tbs chili powder, 1 tbs brown sugar, 2 tbs kosher salt, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp white pepper.
Pork Chop Willy's Grill Rub: 3 tbs sweet paprika, 1 tbs freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbs course salt, 3/4 tsp sugar, 3/4 tsp chili powder, 3/5 tsp garlic powder, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground cayenne.
Hugh's Dry Rub: 1/2 cup paprika, 3 tbs onion powder, 3 tbs cayenne pepper, 6 tbs salt, 5 tbs freshly ground black pepper, 2 1/2 tbs dried oregano, 6 tbs garlic powder, 6 1/2 tbs dries thyme.
