Final Recipe and Procedure
Recipe: 1 tbs lemon pepper, 1 tbs+ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp+1/4 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp MSG, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp true lime, and lime and coconut smoked sea salt sprinkled on top of the chicken.
Procedure:

Make the grill rub, using the recipe to the left.

Then take out your chicken thighs, and trim the fat off of them.

Plug in your George Forman Grill, and while you are waiting for the grill to heat up, rub the grill rub into your trimmed chicken thighs.

Then, when the grill is heated to about 375 degrees, place the chicken in the grill, and make sure to tuck it.

After you chicken is tucked, sprinkle the lime and coconut smoked sea salt on top of the chicken, then close the lid

Let the chicken cook until it is 165 degrees in the middle of the chicken.
