Final Recipe and Procedure

Recipe: 1 tbs lemon pepper, 1 tbs+ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp+1/4 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp MSG, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp true lime, and lime and coconut smoked sea salt sprinkled on top of the chicken.

Procedure:
  • Make the grill rub, using the recipe to the left.
  • Then take out your chicken thighs, and trim the fat off of them.
  • Plug in your George Forman Grill, and while you are waiting for the grill to heat up, rub the grill rub into your trimmed chicken thighs.
  • Then, when the grill is heated to about 375 degrees, place the chicken in the grill, and make sure to tuck it.
  • After you chicken is tucked, sprinkle the lime and coconut smoked sea salt on top of the chicken, then close the lid
  • Let the chicken cook until it is 165 degrees in the middle of the chicken.
