The main idea of this project is to try and clone a food item. I will have to research ingredients and procedure for the clone I choose to do, a develope a flavor profile specific to my clone food. I will then prepare my cone and score the taste, texture and aroma. Then, I will compare cost analysis of my clone versus retail, and create a package for my product.
